Bloomfield Apartments - Student Rates & Terms
Below you will find our standard rates for the 2022-2023 school year. Long term leases are also available, see below or call the office at (814) 266-9696.
Please be sure to read the mandatory rules you must agree to in addition to your lease agreement.
One Bedroom
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR NO MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE:
Students: $845 per month from September 1 until April 30. If you renew your lease beginning May 1 thru the following school year, we will discount your monthly rent from $845 per month to $645 per month. You will need to make regular monthly rent payments starting May 1, throughout the summer months and on into the fall, winter, etc.
A refundable deposit of $700* will be needed at the time you commit to the apartment. The refundable deposit will become one person’s security deposit at the time of move-in. Each person living in the apartment is required to pay a $700 security deposit before moving in. All security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of a satisfied lease term and move-out inspection.
Rent includes water/sewer and trash pick-up. You will pay your own electric and cable T.V.
We also offer wireless internet free of charge. Every apartment features a 60 mps modem. We do not allow any satellite dishes to be installed.
Each apartment has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The apartments are electric heat and air conditioning. Coin-op laundry facilities are in each building.
Before move-in we will need September rent and each person’s security deposit all paid in full.
The remainder of the rent payments are due on the first of each month and a 5% late fee will be added to any unpaid balance after the fifth of the month. The apartments will be available for move in by August 15 at no extra charge, but we will need all securities and Sept. rent paid.

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT FOR NO MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE:
Students: $1185 per month from September 1 until April 30. If you renew your lease beginning May 1 thru the following school year, we will discount your monthly rent from $1185 per month to $790 per month. You will need to make regular monthly rent payments starting May 1, throughout the summer months and on into the fall, winter etc.
